Dominica

Dominica is the northernmost island in the West Indies. With its towering mountains, beautiful waterfalls surrounded by exotic rainforest, deep gorges and volcanic hot springs, this lush tropical island is also known as “The Nature Island”. 

The A&E Channel rated Dominica as the 9th most exotic destination in the world. 

 

The abundant underwater realm is unique and exciting.  Dominica’s reefs hold surprises for even the most seasoned diver -  rare creatures such as Frogfish, Seahorses and Flying Gurnards become almost daily encounters. 

We will be staying at the Fort Young Hotel in the newly constructed Fort Ocean Front Rooms.

Costs include:

• 7 nights’ accommodation.

• 7 breakfasts.

• Taxes, park fees & airport transfers.

• 5 days of 2 tank dives plus unlimited shore diving off their dock.

• Tour to Titou Gorge and Trafalgar Falls on Monday afternoon.

Notes:

• Bring good hiking shoes for our land excursions!

• Whale watching can be arranged.

• We scheduled an off day for Wednesday, or this day will also be a perfect opportunity to do the Boiling Lake hike. This is a rigorous 6-hour roundtrip hike but seeing this natural wonder is worth it.

• $500.00 deposit due at sign-up.  Balance due 90 days before travel.

• All trip costs are non-refundable.  Trip insurance is recommended

• 5% service fee on payments with credit card will be assessed. Venmo accepted.

• The trip cost does not include airfare.  The best air option is American airlines to Miami with a non-stop connection to Dominica.
